We accept the following payment methods, all in Mexican pesos (MXN). Prices shown include 16% VAT. Processing meets PCI-DSS Level 1 standards; NQORO never stores full card numbers.
1. Processors
1.1 Stripe (active)
- Credit and debit cards — Visa, MasterCard, American Express
- Wallets: Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link (Stripe auto-fill)
- OXXO Pay — paper voucher to pay at any OXXO store. Confirmation in 1–2 business days after paying
1.2 Mercado Pago (coming soon)
- Cards with monthly installments (3, 6, 9 or 12 MSI depending on bank and minimum amount)
- Mercado Crédito
- SPEI (Mexican bank transfer)
2. Interest-free monthly installments (MSI)
When we enable Mercado Pago, MSI will be available for participating cards starting at a minimum purchase amount displayed at checkout. MSI is granted by your issuing bank; NQORO does not charge interest.
3. Payment security
- All traffic runs over TLS 1.3 with HSTS
- Card data travels directly to Stripe/Mercado Pago — our server only receives a non-reversible token
- No card is stored at NQORO (neither in logs nor DB)
- Automatic 3-D Secure (3DS) verification when the bank requires it — you will be asked to authenticate via SMS/app
4. CFDI tax invoice
You can request a tax invoice within 30 days of your purchase from your account. We need:
- Recipient's RFC (Mexican tax ID)
- Legal name
- Tax regime
- CFDI use
- Email to receive the PDF/XML
Once we validate your data, we issue the CFDI within 3 business days.
5. Currency, charges and conversions
All charges are in MXN. If your card is in another currency, your bank will apply the conversion at its exchange rate and possible fees — please check with your bank.
6. Failed attempt / hold
If your payment fails, the bank usually releases the hold within 3–7 business days. NQORO does not charge until the payment is confirmed; if your bank held the amount but our system marked the order as “payment pending”, that is a pre-authorization that releases automatically.
