We ship throughout the Mexican Republic via Skydropx, an aggregator connected to Estafeta, DHL, FedEx, Paquetexpress, 99Minutos and Redpack. The final cost is calculated in real time based on weight, volume, destination ZIP and chosen carrier. The costs listed below apply if our live quote system fails (fallback).

2. When does my order ship
Once payment clears we process your order within a maximum of 1 business day. Orders paid with OXXO/SPEI wait for payment confirmation (up to 48 h) before processing. You will receive a “Your order is on its way” email with the PDF label and tracking.
3. How to track my shipment
From your account you can see status in real time: label created → picked up → in transit → out for delivery → delivered. We use the official Skydropx webhook, so the status updates automatically.
4. What if I'm not home
The carrier attempts delivery up to 3 times. If they cannot find you, they leave a notice with instructions to collect from the branch. If 10 days pass without pickup, the parcel returns to NQORO and we contact you to reschedule (possible reshipment cost).
5. Exceptional lead times
Estimated times may extend during high seasons (Buen Fin, December, Hot Sale), in zones with low logistic coverage or due to force majeure (weather, contingencies). We will always notify you if a delay is expected.
6. Address errors
Carefully verify your address before confirming the order. If the parcel is lost or returned because of an incorrect address you provided, reshipment is charged at the regular zone cost.
7. Packaging
We package with recyclable materials whenever possible: kraft cardboard box, tissue paper and Φ seal. Delicate pieces ship with extra protective bagging.
